Polices & Information for Rentals
ARRIVAL & DEPARTURE:
Check-in is at 3:00 MST for most of our properties. Should you need an earlier or later arrival, please give us a call. Our checkout time is 11:00 am, however, on occasion, we can arrange for a later time if needed.
PAYMENT
A 50% deposit must be paid within 7 days hold your reservation. We prefer CASH, MONEY ORDER OR PERSONAL CHECKS however, we do accept Credit Cards. Payment in full is due 60 days prior to arrival. If your reservation is made within 60 days of arrival we ask that you pay for your reservation in full.
CANCELLATIONS
Cancellations made 45 days prior to the arrival date may receive a full refund less a 25% cancellation fee. Cancellations made within 45 days of arrival will not receive a refund. Canceling a portion of a reservation for dates that require a minimum stay, you will be charged the full cost of the original reservation or will be completely cancelled.
Any Checkouts prior to original scheduled date of departure will be charged 100% full rate.
NO SMOKING:
All of our rentals are non-smoking properties, however, smoking is allowed outside only!! A $200 charge will be accessed to your credit card for smoking inside our rentals.
Pets Accepted at some rentals with a $50 Fee

Pets must always be on a leash when outside, if you are staying in the Cody city limits (City of Cody rules), never running loose. If you are stay at one of our "out in the country" homes: due to other livestock and wild animals this is also requested. |

You must pick up after your animals when walking them. |

Never leave them unattended in a guest house. |
|
All pets must remain on the floor...not on furniture or beds. Ask and we would be happy to provide a blanket or pillow for comfy sleeping on the floor for your companion. |
Inquire about our properties that have dog kennels.
Should we find anything damaged, stained, or destroyed as a direct result of your pet being in a Yellowstone Vacation Property , you will be charged the repair, cleaning, and/or replacement cost that the Yellowstone Vacation Property incurs..
SPECIAL OCCASIONS:
