DEPOSIT POLICY:
All rentals require a 50% deposit to be paid to hold the reservation. Balance is due 14 days before the check in date. Payment is payable by money order, check, cash, traveler's checks, and credit cards. These requirements may be changed for holiday and summer periods.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
Cancellations made 45 days prior to the arrival date may receive a full refund less a 25% cancellation fee. Cancellations made within 45 days of arrival will not receive a refund. Canceling a portion of a reservation for dates that require a minimum stay, you will be charged the full cost of the original reservation or will be completely cancelled.
Any Checkouts prior to original scheduled date of departure will be charged 100% full rate.
DAMAGE:
A credit card number is required for lodge rental damage protection. Your credit card will only be charged, after you are notified that there are damages to the lodge or grounds where you are staying. Pets are only allowed with prior approval and an additional pet fee. If you do not report a pet, there will be a $100.00 charge. There is positively no smoking inside the lodge, and please do not leave cigarette butts on the grounds. Please return keys, otherwise credit card will be billed $25.00.
